ONTARIANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT COMMITTEE UPDATE
ANNOUNCING PUBLIC "BARRIER BUSTERS FORUM" ON THE ODA
IN KINGSTON, MONDAY, JANUARY 20, 2003 AT 5:00 P.M.January 16, 2003
SUMMARY
A public "Barrier Busters" Forum on the Ontarians with Disabilities Act
will be held in Kingston from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Monday, January 20, 2003
at the main campus of Queen's University.

We encourage all in the Kingston, Brockville and other neighbouring
communities to join us Monday January 20, 2003 from 5 to 6 pm to talk about
strategies to get the Ontarians with Disabilities Act 2001 effectively
implemented in this part of Ontario,and to start planning for the
forthcoming provincial election.This event will be held at Queens University in Room 202 of the Policy
Studies Building. The front entrance is located on the south side of Union
Street, immediately east of the MacIntosh-Corry Hall parking lot. We are
advised that the building is accessible but has button-control automatic
door openers. The University has kindly arranged to have someone
positioned at the front doors at 4:30 p.m. to provide additional
assistance if needed.If possible, let us know you will be attending at:

persons with disabilities.
