Resuming the debate adjourned on November 20, 2001, on the motion for second
reading of Bill 125, An Act to improve the identification, removal and prevention of
barriers faced by persons with disabilities and to make related amendments to
other Acts

The Speaker (Hon Gary Carr): Pursuant to the order of the House dated November
21, 2001, I am now required to put the question.

Mr Jackson has moved second reading of Bill 125, An Act to improve the
identification, removal and prevention of barriers faced by persons with
disabilities and to make related amendments to other Acts.

Is it the pleasure of the House that the motion carry?
