Just "Call Mike"
Campaign

page updated August 16, 2000

The Ontarians with Disabilities Act Committee's "Call Mike" campaign
has gotten off to a great start. Many have already phoned the
Premier's office to ask for Mike Harris, and to inquire why he
has not kept his promise to enact the Ontarians with Disabilities
Act.

Here is a great way that you, your friends and colleagues could
help spread the word about this new effort, to get more and more
people involved. We have designed a new 1-page "Call Mike"
poster/flyer. It explains our campaign to those who know little or
nothing about this issue. You can download the poster below.
You have options in black and white, or in colour.

We encourage you to download this poster/flyer, print it up, make
copies, and distribute them. They can be posted in public places
where this is allowed. They can be handed out to the public. They
can be left to be picked up by members of the public where stacks
of flyers are usually laid out. If you are part of an organization, you
can make this available through your organization. Include it in
upcoming newsletters.

Every step you take really helps. Let us know what you can do.
And if you have not yourself done so already, please call Mike! And
don't let them just transfer you to the office of the Citizenship
Minister Helen Johns. It is Mike who is calling the shots on this
one!
