ONTARIANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT COMMITTEE UPDATE
Announcing York Region Public Forum On Bill 118 And On How To Take Part In Public Hearings On It - Saturday January 22, 2005

SUMMARY
A major public forum on Bill 118 is being hosted on Saturday, January 22, 2005 between 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. by the York Region Accessibility Advisory Committee. It is open to anyone. You need not be from York Region. ODA Committee Chair David Lepofsky will be speaking. This forum will enable participants to learn more about Bill 118, brainstorm ideas for amendments to suggest, and learn more about how to make an effective oral and/or written submission on Bill 118, the proposed Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, to the Legislature's Standing Committee on Social
Policy.The forum will be:
