Meeting Announcement - Sudbury
Ontarians With Disabilities Act Committee of Sudbury
Date: Thursday, October 18, 2001

Place: The Canadian Hearing Society, 1233 Paris Street
Please join us for the meeting of the Sudbury Ontarians With
Disabilities Act (ODA) Committee.
The ODA Committee is a province-wide, grassroots, non-partisan
coalition of individuals and over 100 community organizations.
They have united to achieve a barrier-free Ontario for its 1.5 million
people with disabilities through the enactment of a strong and
mandatory ODA.
The ODA membership consists of people with all kinds of visible
and invisible disabilities, as well as able-bodied individuals.
They reflect extensive experience with a wide range disabilities,
and detailed expertise in the barriers confronting persons with
disabilities in Ontario.The purpose of this meeting is to start planning the future
direction for this coalition in Sudbury. Come and join us to
