November 23, 2001 David Lepofsky Dear Mr. Lepofsky: Thank you for attending our most recent meeting on October 25. I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. It is always a pleasure to exchange views with you and to discuss matters of mutual importance. I am fully supportive of public hearings on the proposed Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2001, and am confident that the Clerk of the Standina Committee on Finance and Economic Affairs has made every effort that notice will be effectively provided. I see the as of November 4 the Ontarians with Disabilities Act Committee was urging its membership to contact the Clerk of the Standing Committee. As you are aware, the standing committee has been authorized to conduct public hearings on the proposed legislation in the following cities: Ottawa on November
