Dear Mr. Lepofsky;

This letter is to thank you for meeting today with Dwight Duncan and myself regarding an Ontarians with Disabilities Act.

Let me assure you that we both take this issue very seriously. The government promised a new round of consultation in their Throne Speech in June. We will continue to work on your behalf to see that a new consultation process is undertaken as soon as possible and under the conditions you spelled out in your letter of September 10th.

Once again, I enjoyed the meeting and look forward to discussing these issues with you again tomorrow.
