The Honorable Helen Johns

400 University Avenue, 6th Floor

Dear Minister:Re: Ontarians with Disabilities Act
Thank you for agreeing to meet with representatives of the
Ontarians with Disabilities Act Committee on Thursday, September
7, 2000 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Your office has asked that we
have a maximum of five people at the meeting. We have proposed
that we bring between eight and ten people, as has been the case
in previous meetings with yourself and the two previous
ministers. We look forward to hearing from your staff whether
this is agreeable. We have asked your office to arrange for and provide American
Sign Language interpretation and real time captioning for this
meeting, as it has done in the past. Your staff can feel free to
contact us for any assistance they may need in setting this up.
Finally, please let us know if there are any additional items
you wish to add to the agenda for this meeting to supplement
those which are set out in my July 28, 2000 letter to you.Sincerely,
David Lepofsky, C.M.
